Il Castelletto is a beach restaurant overlooking the sea in Finale Ligure, open all year round.
It is located on the most exclusive stretch of the seafront, in a quiet and green setting, easily accessible on foot from the historic center of Finale Ligure and not far from the marina and Varigotti.
In keeping with a culinary tradition centered on both seafood and traditional Ligurian specialties, the two owners, Roberto and Vincenzo Rossi, along with their chef, aim to showcase the quality of Liguria's freshest ingredients, reinterpreting them with a modern twist. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation.

IN THE EVENING
In the evening, the atmosphere transforms, the sun gives way to the stars, the afternoon colors give way to the warm, deep hues of sunset. A romantic atmosphere for candlelit dinners, enjoyed in winter on a climate-controlled veranda overlooking the sea; in summer, in the "Pieds dans l'eau" room and the waterfront tables.
